Date & Time: Friday, October 23, 2026 at 6:30 AM
Location: Waikele Country Club
Format: Scramble (4 players per team)
Golf Cost: $85 + tax (paid on your own with Hawaii ID)
Donation: Please make a $25–$100 tax-deductible donation to PolioPlus
Lunch & Awards: Lunch on your own at 12:00 PM, followed by the awards ceremony
